Easy and freezes well.


3 pounds
Chicken pieces
8 fluid ounces
Light or regular French salad dressing
8 fluid ounces
Apricot jamb
1 package
Onion soup mix
6 ounces
Apricots (I cut them up so you can use less.)


Combine dressing, jam, apricots (or apricot pieces) and onion soup mix and mix well. Place chicken pieces on foil lined cookie sheet or in large Pyrex baking dish. Pour mixture over chicken pieces coating them well. Bake uncovered at 325° for one hour. Excellent with rice as a side dish.
