Passover Nut Cake

Description

This recipe is Grandma Ellen's special Kosher for Passover Nut Cake.

Ingredients

8 medium
eggs
1 1⁄4 cup
Sugar
3⁄4 pounds
Hazel Nuts (Ground fine)

Instructions

1. Separate the eggs, and beat the egg whites stiff
2. Beat the yolks with the sugar and add nuts slowly
3. Add egg whites into nut mixture
4. Put in round spring form pan

Bake on 350 degrees for 45min to 1 hour. Test with tester cool.
