Description

Ingredients

6  
chicken (pieces of chicken)
3 tablespoons
dijon mustard (you may need more or less depending on the size of the pieces)
2 teaspoons
dried tarragon (you may need more or less depending on the size of the pieces)

Instructions

Wash and clean chicken pieces (I prefer thighs, legs, drumsticks or boned breasts)
Coat generously all pieces with dijon mustard
Put chicken in pan and sprinkle with dried tarragon
Bake in oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until chicken top is nicely brown
Cooking time varies with size of pieces - I leave mine in for about an hour and 15 minutes but sometimes longer (up to 1 hour and a half)
