Intergenerational Campus
Intergeneration Campus

Cross-generation philosophy,
learning, and mentorship

We are the only intergenerational assisted living facility campus in Tampa, inclusive of a preschool, after-school and summer camp programs, and a community center.

Weinberg Village is connecting the generations. Special relationships are built between the JCC Preschool students and Weinberg Village residents while celebrating secular and Jewish holidays.

Spending time with family, especially multiple generations, provides residents with a sense of purpose and positively impacts their quality of life.

The Ross family is very familiar with Weinberg Village and the campus. “My maternal step-grandfather resided at Weinberg Village until his passing, and my father currently resides there. Over the years, my four children have attended the JCC preschool and summer camp programs on the same campus,” says Jack Ross, who is pictured celebrating Passover with his dad, Toby, and son, Justin.

Residents look forward to visits from student volunteers, especially during the holidays. They exchange stories and interact with one another, essential for our residents’ well-being.
